[Mod] Emerald [0.0.1] [emerald]

This mod adds a small spin to the ore emerald
Up near the surface emerald spawns commonly but yields only shards
the farther down you go the more common it becomes and the larger it the profit.
Emerald Ore types:
Small = shards
Medium = chunks
Large = gems
craft chunks with 4 shards and gems with 4 chunks
gems are used to make tools.
you can make steel reenforced tools like so

I like it but, emeralds are everywhere. I feel like they are less rare than coal... please make it rarer, I have so many stacks of emeralds from 1 mining session lol
