Can I bind commands to keys? If so how.

I do not think that this is currently possible. However, if you really want the feature ingame, and think others would too, please head over to The Feature Discussion and make a detailed topic of what you want and how it would be a helpful/positive feature.
I like the idea, too - it reminds me of the binds I made with use of the minecraft Nodus Hack client to /spawn or /home at times of emergency, and for trolling people. Ah, great memories indeed.
