that should tell you every thing you need unless you are not hosting it from your computer
EDIT: use only the port forwarding methods on the page the rest is outdated just use the minetest server executable after puting a few lines of conf in simple

it says on the page you type in your routers ip address in your webbrowser eg. google chrome and then go to like advanced options or something. then if on linux type ctrl + alt + t to open terminal and then type ifconfig and look at eth1 and look at inet addr: (you internal ip) and your internal ip is te number you forward your port to on the router and you want to forward port 30000 using udp.
LuxAtheris wrote:Ok. Im back.
I've already port forwarded it.
Can someone test this?

Use this: http://www.whatismyip.com/
and you'll see your external IP.
192.168.xxx.xxx is just an router-internal IP
LuxAtheris wrote:So what now will I do?
my external ip is 203.177.208.98

203.177.208.98:30000 should work to play MT now.

Connection failed, check your router config again.
You could try to connect over the external IP over another PC.
