Players can not join server

Hello,

Right now I've got the 4th person which isn't able to connect to my server, this is what happens in the console:

Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

No error, no join message, the players can't connect. The IP is the same since > 2 weeks.
I'm using 0.4.9-21f1bec (sfan5's build) and the other players used partwise FM clients, partwise MT.

Anyone know of this problem?

EDIT: Empty codebox removed itself. I don't know if more players have this problem on my server, I got just 4 notifications until now.

What are the Minetest versions of the clients?
Im not sure if FM is still compatible with Minetest.

FM -> MT should work, but not backwards
I'm still waiting for their PM's, because I don't know the MT versions they're using.

Normally, there shouldn't come any error when it can't connect, right?
