Would it be possible to have a software update button in the settings tab?

The problem is that many devs and users use linux which has a package manager, so there isn't a real need for it.
It would be great if there was minetest in one of the thirdparty windows package managers like chocolatey.
But for now i recommend using git and then you could use the dev-version which is pretty stable.
