New TNT texture in Carbone, more wood-like:
The TNT is crafted with 4 wooden planks and 1 gunpowder, which is made using 3 coal lumps and 1 gravel.

Large hotbar, new commands:
The /hotbar command can be used to change the size, between 1 and 23. 16 is the default in Carbone, 8 in Minetest NeXt or the vanilla Minetest game.

OHRRPGCE (Vikings of Midgard) meets Minetest. For those who aren't familiar with this game, Vikings of Midgard is a fantastic 2D RPG licensed under the Public Domain, running on the OHRRPGCE engine (licensed GPL). Since its tilesets are PD, the idea of trying to make a texture pack using some its tilesets came to mind.

I made my own using some high-res textures I had lying around, as well as used some HDX.

There was once a player by the name of neomoe, who was a talented builder on redcrab's server. Here, you can see some of his creations, thanks to me taking screenshots of them. Even redcrab's server benefits from the improvements to the shaders, and gsmapper makes exploring it more fun (as long as unknown nodes aren't ecountered.) Below is a link to the Minetest build that I used while capturing the screenshots above:

Moonrealm mod v0.8.0 auto-selects a smooth landing site but doesn't detect gradient.

I have been playing around with this particular map these days. As you can see, I used a fair number of mods while exploring and renovating it (including mesegates, meselamps, and forest.) I also used the Carbone sub-game, by the way.

I quite like that, although the grass is too bright.

These two screenshots were taken on the Four Circles Server using a Minetest build compiled by Krock with gsmapper in it (which, sadly, will not be continued by gsmanners.)
