My image and media server is back online and is functioning as normal.
Mine actually physically modifies the land with ABM callbacks, like Desert Mod in someways, and will only work with the texture pack I have used.
At some point I will update it so it appears like grass but then dies away to snow.
(It will do this: Dirt -> Dirt with Grass -> Dirt_with_snow.)
EDIT: Removing the texture pack will make it a permanent grassy biome, water is there.
