what privs can someone grant with basic_privs
just as the title states. i made a server and then granted someone modderator privs which inclides basic_privs not privs and then the next thing i knew they had all privs.

Someone with basic_privs only can't grant themselves all privileges, unlike someone with privs. They can grant and revoke the interact and shout privileges only.
