I thought it might be nice idea to have a sticky topic for model requests, especially with the addition of the new 'mesh' drawtype.
I am happy to lend my own limited blender skills to the cause (as time permits) but I am sure there will be others.

I also will be happy to help out creating models, you might want to do your own textures, as I'm not the greatest at them, yet.
I record Minetest videos, Mod reviews, Modding tutorials, and Lets plays.

I would love to create some models too, once I figure out the uv mapping part of it.

Thanks for the support, I am not so hot at the pretty textures either.

orthographic projection and unwrap > project from view is your friend ;-)

I am pretty good at box modelling, and now that VanessaE has her primitive mesh mod out, I can try and learn some things about texturing... I might post here as well. (You can also go to OGA for 3d models)

A reminder to modelers: when you publish a model here, be sure to give the source file (usually .blend) and add a license.

Yeah. That's also a difficult thing for me - the meshnodes only show up black or 1/2 with the correct texture.
