[Mod] Spawn sanitizer [0.1][spawn_sanitizer]

Builds spawn place at 0,0,0 coordinates. Adds small railroad.
At every restart spawn get cleaned and rebuilded.
Well, code is little clumsy and also tied to bones mod, bucket mod, tnt etc. without serious need...
/spawn command code not included, maybe will post that later as independent mod :D

Yes, i slowly try to share my code and ideas from there.
Well, some code is not ready for that, like "simple mobs" mod, modifying which was one of my first exercises in lua :)
