I'm new to this game, and I have played for a good hour and I really like it. But how do I save?

Maybe the best feature of this game is that it saves every block you dig or place. No need to save manually. ;)

Every time i exit and go back in the world isn't there. I'm playing on 0.4.11, maybe its a bug?

What operating system? (Windows, Linux or OSX)
How did you install or get Minetest?

Make sure Minetest is not in c:\\program files and is actually in a place you can write to.

I have windows 7 UltimateN I installed it from the website, and It's in my downloads

Did you unzip it? You need to extract the download.
