And then my MC 4 MT can support it even better, eg, far better clonage.

License:Do whatever you want!

WTF? Have you asked permission? The original mod is, as far as I know, licensed under GPLv3 + CC BY-SA 3.

Actually I have asked the original author if he is willing to license it for me under GPLv2+later, a few days ago, but he hasn't answered yet. (unless that is done, I can't include this in the main game.)

This mod now no longer needs to be downloaded.

It's in Minetest Core!

Edit: Should probably add this to the wiki sometime...

In my first free time in months, I decided to pull the new minetest from git.

It was quite surprising to find doors amongst the craftable items. It was even more surprising to find out that the code was pretty similar to the code I wrote for a mod I never posted about.

I got angry for like... 2 seconds, but I guess it's fine, that mod was meant to be shared. I'm not sure why I kept it to myself.

I have no problem with it's inclusion in the core Minetest. It's quite awesome, actually.

I'm sorry for being unreachable these months.
I made the original door textures, that's why they look so ugly.
My old mods, now on GitHub.

Glad you're back!

Would you be alright with licensing the code under the GPLv2, to make the inclusion "official"?

Yeah, it's okay. I've already changed the license in my Google Code project.
