After I upgraded to Windows 8.1 from Windows 7 I ran into this access violation problem.

Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

I've placed the folder in "C:\" and "Desktop". I'm also running as admin. Can I get some help?

It was a driver issue....again.
