Naming an alloy of copper and tungsten

by SegFault22 » Wed Apr 22, 2015 18:56

I'm making an alloy of tungsten (also known as "wolframium") and copper, but there is not any name for that alloy other than "copper tungsten", "tungsten copper", or "CuW(% tungsten content)". The alloy is of special interest because it combines the conductivity of copper with the high heat resistance of tungsten, which is useful where other conductors would melt. I would like to use a better name than those, but I want to see what the community thinks before I release the mod.
Possible names I have come up with are: "Wolframium Brass", "Wolframium Bronze", or just "Cuprofram". Does anyone else have an idea for the name?

I hate to do this to you, but: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copper%E2%80%93tungsten
If you are working on a mod(pack) that is supposed to be accurate (like technic), then that information will be useful, and I would forget the fancy name, but, if not, I would use: "wolfcusten"
Name breakdown:
wolf- = keeps with your wolf idea
-cu- = atomic symbol for copper
-sten = end of tungsten

I hope you like my help...
