How I can do that?

Morn76 wrote:OK. Do you want to play with someone on the same LAN or is the other player on the Internet somewhere? In the latter case, the firewall on the router probably also has to be told to let port 30000 pass through.

Is a private server.

Can I add realmite, rupee, redstone and other ores?

Lower clust_scarcity, e.g. clust_scarcity = 12*12*12 will get you one diamond cluster on average for every 12*12*12 blocks.

Yes, you would add those ores in mapgen.lua. E.g. I've added lapis and emerald ores in stampy game. You also need to add the new blocks to nodes.lua and add textures of course.

There is also a moreores mod you could use: viewtopic.php?p=3859

1. Open mods\default\mapgen.lua in a text editor
2. Search for the lines that contain stone_with_diamond.
3. Change clust_scarcity and save the file.
4. Restart Minetest and go to an area you have not yet explored (or simply create a new map), there should be more diamonds now.

I can't continue with Minetest anymore cuz it's too bugguy and much more bugguy with the nether and my server is canceled because of that. I have no choice to go back in Minecraft but in single player only cuz the skin won't change.

Minetest have a big potential but unfortunately the bugs ruin everything.

Any bugs will get fixed slow but sure, any bugs in a mod it's up to you to let the developer know since it's not part of the actual game...

While the Nether generates, you will go back and forth several times between the Nether and Overworld, if that is what you mean by buggy. But that's normal; once the Nether has been generated, portals work as expected.

The Nether mod really needs some kind of portal cooldown timer.

Minetest is not yet stable enough to support the nether. The developpers have not finished to stabilize Minetest and the nether. Developing a game takes time.

Wow this is the most mind numbing thread I have ever read.
Thanks Xanthin for making it not a complete waste of time.

Maybe looking at the Readme might help? This following quote is taken from README.txt:
This game is not finished
--------------------------
- Don't expect it to work as well as a finished game will.
- Please report any bugs. When doing that, debug.txt is useful.

So maybe stop complaining about it and start reporting bugs?

Lizzy wrote:The developpers have not finished to stabilize Minetest and the nether.

Seeing as the nether is a mod, it is up to the developer of the mod to stabilize it, and it has nothing to do with the actual development of Minetest itself. Also, Minetest is not meant to be a Minecraft clone, and thus, the nether is not an important part of Minetest. How about trying one of the awesome mapgens for Minetest such as Watershed or this awesome underground caves mod? Or, you could try this sub game.
There are plenty of modders who have made very good playable, stable games/mods, and the engine itself is pretty stable and backwards compatible. Almost all mods will work from one update to the next. Minetest itself is pretty stable. Is it finished though? No. But, for the large part it is stable.

Lizzy wrote:Developing a game takes time.

So how about you stop complaining?
But, if you want an exact Minecraft clone, I suggest looking somewhere else for it.

Sorry about that, this thread has been getting on my nerves for some time now, but my rant is over now!

I don't complaining. A bunch of mods are stable.

No, no, no, no ... Nether mods are stable... and very interresting (example : https://github.com/HybridDog/minetest-nether)
