mg_flag for not generating caves?
would it be nocaves, or does flat already get rid of them?

I doubt flat gets rid of caves by itself.

"mg_flag = flat" do not turn off caves on mapgen 7, so how to turn off caves or made their not deep? I not see any documentation about this.

Under the minetest.conf file it's mg_flags = nocaves,
