I have a crazy idea!!

I played Minetest multiplayer (on gabo's server but who cares) after that i decided to log out and play in a singleplayer world and i thought it's so hard to find diamonds ,gold, and mese why i can't made a world completely maded of diamonds ,gold, mese and wood (i in really think than the wood is necesary) and i was watching how to make my dream true ,and well in really is crazy but i don't know how to make my dream true, i in really think that.
but well,, what you think about this?
i think is a crazy but good idea, i think than i maybe can make that world modifying something of the mapgen.

Install a flexible flat map mod, and edit it to have layers of blocks.
