Well, gates. There are many other mods that provide some already. Sadly none of them is part of the default game. What makes this gates mod special is that its gates open a bit further than those from other mods. There's an almost 2 m wide gap between the fence posts - and most mods use only 1 m for the open gate. Far more space to walk or drive through!
The four diffrent wood types from default are supported. You can also use default:tree, which also creates a nice looking gate:
The gates will close automaticly after a couple of seconds. They use an abm for that. The closed gate is a barrier for the mobs from TenPlus1's mobs_redo - they will not jump over it because they think it's a fence. The mobs can travel through the open gate.
Works well together with xconnected.
