One quick question about Item Drop

by Minerz » Sat Oct 03, 2015 23:33

Hi,
I've recently found out that when I have item drop enabled and try to thow away my item, it stays in my inventory. I hear the "plop" sound as I pick up the item I just attempted to throw away. So, if I use Item Drop, I can't throw away items?

You are dropping it too close to yourself.
Many of my mods are now a part of Minetest-mods. A place where you know they are maintained!

I have a fork of PilzAdam's item drop mod that fixes this issue: Only immobile dropped items are picked up by the player, so a thrown item does not immediately return to the inventory because it is still moving.
