A perfect place for exploration, wildlife, wild plants, and development. Full of curious and friendly natives that are easy to slaughter so you can carve out your own paradise.
The welcome gateway is located at the crossroads of the two elevated roadways at (-666, 497).
Be sure to say "Howdy" to farmer DuDraig as you mosey on by, and then git the !@#$ off of my property you itinerant land-grubber!!

This is common on other Minetest servers and was originally done to make finding them easier when out in the open. Since the protection radius was 5 nodes, and not 3 as it is here, you were able to bury and hide them while still protecting a height typical for one building story: floor, ceiling, and room.
This is why I asked about the purpose of the 3 node radius earlier but I never got an answer.

Sorry about that. I cannot change now because of overlap. Most neighbor will have dig issues as new radius will block them from building.

If you really want to change the protection radius, like BBmain said, you can just create a new protection node with the new radius and remove the craft recipe for the old one. The old ones are preserved while only the new ones can be created.
However, I was just wondering if there was a reason for reducing the protection radius to 3 nodes to begin with. I couldn't think of one and I was just curious.

Also, how do you see a map of your area like the one DuDraig posted in his Western Continent post?
PerrySteven wrote:I don't know whether this is intentional, but TNT and Creepers are really troublesome. When they explode, the blocks that get destroyed cannot be collected as they are deleted in the explosion. This is especially frustrating when you are killed by a Creeper, as the bones that contain your items cannot be collected as they are destroyed.
Edit: Also, how do you see a map of your area like the one DuDraig posted in his Western Continent post?

Added a very light version of homedecor, water dripping effect, mc like mobs, flying mobs, and other various animals such as a horse and pig you can ride.
I will be working on making a multi protector mod that will work with current protector and new 5 node radius. Wish me luck as I am not too good at this.
Also there is a new menu in your inventory, take a peek.
Added a diamond tipped arrow that has high damage, if attacking mobs you will NOT get the drops. Instead use a sword to get those bones!

CONSOLIDATION of most textures that are redundant.
Deleted more sounds from mods.
Deleted: moreblocks, lavender, farorb, jdjukebox. Made alias for those missing nodes and armour.
Added Aikerum Armour, it is nice :D
All in all chopped about 5 megs from the esm game.
TEXTURES are a WIP, please be patient until I figure out the right colour and style. I have been using colourize as a substitute texture generator for the time being.
ALSO: Modified the shutdown script, it does this 4 times daily at 0,6,12,18 hundred hours and has a one minute warning message.
Tomorrow I will squish mobs and hope for more performance gains.
Minetest is the lego for all.
