Hello all,
I just now read the recent posts, I also haven’t been on Minetest in a while. You all are probably disgusted with me, and I understand. Because I haven’t played in a while I’m not sure what action was taken. Have I been limited, banned? Whatever it was, I understand that that you guys were just doing your job.
Now, I have a good explanation for some things, yet, for others, I must admit I was in the wrong. the nyan heads, along with rainbows that were found in my chest were pretty much not honestly harvested. That’s very easy to guess, considering how rare those items are. :) The glitch, which I’m not sure is the one Einszone used, I discovered right before Einz was caught. Due to the fact that this glitch may become a problem again in the future, I won't explain the exact details :) I discovered it after falling into a deep pit protected by a random player. I had no winged boots on me, so I tried pillering out with sand. Later, after having realized the sand had duplicated, I went back with, you guessed it, nyans.
The moment I discovered the glitch I should have reported it and turned in the counterfeit nyans, but failed to do so (which I now realize, was a huge mistake). The fact that I took advantage of a glitch and reproduced items to my benefit is definitely enough to get me banned.
As for the other items, like the diamonds, mese, and such, those were gathered honestly. But because of the fact that I have been suspected of hacking in the past (which, I must add, was all a big misunderstanding, and was completely resolved) anything I say in my defense you guys will have a hard time believing. Of course, that’s my fault. :) So, with everything said concerning the nyans, I am 100% guilty. Also, other items such as NPCs which were no doubt found, were also duplicated, though by complete ACCIDENT. The issue with items duplicating due to crashes was the cause. Many times I’ve moved items from inventory to chest, and vice versa, and the items duplicated from a crash moments after (I can recall many times; a diamond axe, a mese wing, a couple tomatoes, etc.) I had already about 40 some NPCs in my possession, (gathered by means 100% honest, including legal sales) and those cloned due to a crash. Perhaps I should have turned them over to a admin, I dunno.

With all this said, I am guilty. In a couple cases I cheated, and deserve complete and total ban. I realize I have caused much disturbance, and am sorry for any headache I have given you moderators and admins. I won’t be able to play MT for a little while, so again, if I’ve been limited or banned, I understand, and thank you for putting me in my place. :)
All items besides the nyan cats, nyan rainbows and perhaps the NPCs, I earned honestly, through a lot of time, sweat and blood, so to speak (again, I understand if you all think I’m one big lier :D) The glitch was fixed, so there was no chance to duplicate anything else.

P.S.
Prix was discovered with three stacks of wings, I’m not sure how he got his hands on them, because the glitch I discovered had to do with placing items.

All nyan heads and rainbows sold to players from my shop were not counterfeits. So customers of mine can rest in peace :)

they are the same as dogs, you can order them to follow or to stay and they will protect you from mobs and other players. dogs can be made by taming a wolf with 8 raw meat and they need raw meat to heal.
NPCs need cooked meat or bread, but they cannot be find, only given by the admin.
but they can breed, just like other animals. so once you have 2, you can make more of them.
someone also made a shop that sells NPCs for 30 gold lumps.
(but maybe other players sell them for less ;) )

there is also Igor and Hermann, but those 2 should not be traded. =(^.^)=

You haven't been banned, you lost your Thefishy account privs (the ability to talk and build) so you can still login to server from a new account and have a fresh start again.

since the account was limited, the protections were removed and i already took down your ice house in the Hidden Ninja Village. (but i still have the materials)

After having seen how theFishy has been almost completely wiped from the face of Xanadu, it dawns on me yet again how very stupid my actions were. I've started fresh with a new account, and hopefully can rebuild what was lost. :)

Hey Fishy, that response of yours was the most responsible and mature I have seen in some time, especially (sadly) in relation to this game. With that attitude, you are not only rather unique, but also always welcome (I can only speak for myself, but assume for the others too). Many of us were very pleasantly surprised at your post (not your former actions, as you realized) and now I regret that the usual quick actions were taken (and I was a part of it). I bet if you had posted earlier, you may have taken less harm, or your stuff at least.
Meet me in-game for further chat and I will not hesitate to return what materials I have kept - not much though, but still. And I hope that this way - how you took responsibility - will not only pay off in game.

Now, with your building style and your quick (legal) ways to acquire stuff, I bet you are back up top in no time.

As for the items, noob, you may keep them. I deserved what hit me, and I fully intend on starting over from scratch. :)
Besides, I forgot how fun the pioneer life can be! d:-D

Also, before all this happened, iska said he would reserve Einszone's big lot across from my former shop for me, incase I wasn't on at that moment. Do you have anything planned for that area iska? Or would you perhaps allow The New Me to build there?

I probably destroyed most of your builds, I feel bit sorry for that but like you said yourself you kinda deserved it. And we moderators cant look away and accept something like that, actions need to be taken. I've also thought what it would be like to start from scratch, now you get to experience it ;)

you can either upload the picture from your computer as an attachment (but there is a limit to the maximum nunber you can have) or post the URL from the net with the [img] tag.
to use the latter method, you have to upload your picture somewhere. i use imgur, because it was the easiest.

and once you have gathered more building materials, you are re-invited to the Hidden Ninja Village =(^.^)=
i added some new areas.

speaking of the ninja village, time for another advertisment:

The Hidden Ninja Village

it's like the ninja version of spawn2.
it's hidden in a far away land (but there is a road to get there) and only qualified builders are allowed to build there.
visitors are always welcome, even if they don't match the building qualification. =(^.^)=

just like spawn2, the excat location should not be revealed.
but here is a hint how to find it:

every ninja knows where the village is. if you are not a ninja, the fastest way to become one is to follow the path of the ninja.


go to the land of bamboo (cornucopia) and find out what it means.

about building:
buildings don't have to be eastern style, but modern buildings are not allowed here.
also there is the biome rule: building materials and decoration must match the theme of the building area.

Glacier - ice themed area
Heaven - snowy mountain peak, it's like the healing tree biome
New Moon - night themed area
Ash Field - rough landscape covered in ash from the volcano, willow trees grow here
