I planted wheat and cotton on a server, but when I disconnect and reconnect (after a few hours) the crop did not grow. I came to the conclusion that it only grows if I keep watching her during the day (which seems very intediante).
Is there any way to fix this? Some alternative way?

The plants only grow when you are near them.
I believe farming redo will allow plants to grow even if you are not there.

It might be that the admin of your server has disabled catch up for the plant ABM. It really depends on the farming mod used by the server.
