I should have set this up years ago. But it's no tale of woe. Whether the temperature is high or low, regardless of cold winds blow, away we go like Edgar Allan Poe, on now with the show. BTW rhymes are welcome.

mods database server

For some time I have not been able to use any mods. It seems that the mods database server at mmdb/mods/ is broken.

When I start Minetest I get the following message:

21:26:19: ERROR[AsyncWorkerThread_0]: mmdb/mods/ not found (HTTP response code said error) (response code 404)
WARNING: not a single toplevel ui element active switching to default

My browser can also not access mmdb/mods/
Site reports 404 problem.

You're running an old version of minetest. The latest is 0.4.13. The mod database is no longer available in minetest, due to technical issues. It's unlikely to return in its current form.

For more detail, please Google for existing forum threads and github issues.

You should install mods the normal way, by downloading them and placing them in the mods folder. Mmdb never really worked.
