[Mod] Guns [0.0.1] [guns]

This is my guns mod, I've noticed 2 over the year I've played this game: Firearms and Simple Shooter
and I've noticed some errors such has in firearms in some cases it will remove the health bar upon putting a gun in your hand and when you load one it sometimes removes the entire HUD, With simple shooter the error (I guess not an error, just a downfall) I see is that it only works on older versions of mobs redo and players. so I set out to fix this and made this. (And I needed to make guns for my ARK:Minetest Evolved subgame)

The hud disappearing when using firearms isn't a bug with the mod, it's a bug in the Minetest engine which is now fixed. Support for newer mobs sounds rather trivial. What does your mod actually contribute, is it faster or more diverse range of weapons? Is the code written from scratch?

Also, "no license" means that it's all rights reserved, so proprietary and closed source. Choose a valid license, such as wtfpl or LGPL 2.1 or later (not GPL or version 3 if you want it to be compatible with Minetest.)

I intend on adding more in the future. I'm currently working on Soft Tissue Extractor node for my prehistoric life modpack.

Important: guns_shoot.ogg and any other sound should be in mono to play properly in 3D environment (with stereo it plays the same for everybody without direction indication). This sound is also very loud, please review its loudness in game (i should note that after correction to mono it should be much quieter, so you will probably good with it as it is).
Also, if you are looking for more realistic sound, you can look at http://www.freesound.org/search/?q=gun&page=1#sound (but don't forget to make it mono ogg).

Fixerol beat me to it.

Open your .ogg file in Audacity, select the track, then use the menu item Tracks > Stereo track to mono.

Then use File > Export... (hotkey: Ctrl+Shift+E) and save the file as "Ogg Vorbis". Keep the original file around just in case.

The pistols don't seem to work, and the silenced rifle didn't work all the time either.
I record Minetest videos, Mod reviews, Modding tutorials, and Lets plays.

It is a WIP Mod, the bullets must be to the right or left of the gun on the hot bar
