My own personal world is extremely laggy altogether. I can't do anything. FPS=2 to 10 on a good day. The version is 20120408. How to fix this?

Direct3D doesn't work well with Minetest anyway. When you create a new world, does it run fine?

No I've all my friends games are slow too. One has mac and 2 have linux. None on windows.

i have an Alienware tower that i use for Minetest... lagss minutely... but its not too bad.

hows your draw distance? if its over 100 then you should turn it down with the - key.

It was at 15 but whatever I do it still lags.
