The real question is: How did you make this screenshot? :D
I have the feeling it's fake because of the water reflection.

BTW: Your video is listed under “Minecraft” for some reason.
I'm creating MineClone 2, a Minecraft clone for Minetest.
I made the Help modpack, adding in-game help to Minetest.

Haha I built the ship in my water world and increased the clarity and contrast of the photo and it made the water like that!

that trick is really cool
could be used to simulate draught and flood :P

This method leaves a mess on the ocean floor, the correct way is to lower terrain using custom noise params.

If you don't care about the sea floor, you may even try this and set all nodes to "default:water_source".

Note: I haven't seen the video, so I don't know if you mention that mod there.
