Super Lag

I am currently playing minetest 4.1 and everytime I go on it. I get really bad lag. With it I can barely move or talking. I tried different servers but I still get the same bad lag. Help please? D:

Oh hey Nibsh i remembered when you & me played on redcrabs server we had super lag. Lag can have mutiple reasons sometimes if your using a hd texture pack like a fancy one that could be the cause. If your using a hd one i suggest a lower res one. When your on a server sometimes there is too many players & that can cause lag. Also if there is lag on a server sometimes your internet can be slow. I don't really know much else .

This looks like a:

1) Slow CPU,

2) Slow ISP; Throttling, checking (SPYING) or network load from peers.

3) CPU / RAM / DISK DRIVE too limited to run at a optimal speed.

4) Too many mods.

5) Damaged copy of Minetest.

6) OpenGL memory low, (64-128 mb)

Probably a combination of #1, 4 and 6 lol
