Hostile mobs still spawn after only_peaceful_mobs is set to true

That's what showed up in the console after I set only_peaceful_mobs to true. I'm using the latest dev release. When I set it to true all of the dungeon masters disappeared but then when I went to new areas they started spawning again.

Are you sure you removed the # before the config line? If not so, hostiles will continue spawning since the default setting is "true".
If so, there is a bug in the code :P

Yes, the # isn't there. Here's how the .conf file looks:

They do spawn, but they immediately despawn.
