Works for me. Paste your debug.txt and I'll see if I can see what's happening

Looks like you got the reward:
18:29:43: ACTION[ServerThread]: [SkyBlock] achievements.add() for level 1 player singleplayer achievement place_sapling
18:29:43: ACTION[ServerThread]: [SkyBlock] achievements.get() for level 1 singleplayer achievement place_sapling is 0
18:29:43: ACTION[ServerThread]: [SkyBlock] achievements.get() for level 1 singleplayer achievement place_sapling is 1
18:29:43: ACTION[ServerThread]: [SkyBlock] achievements.give_reward() for singleplayer item default:tree

So there was no tree in the reward box after placing a sapling?

Yes, in the 1 box nothing is in the rewards...
Only once it happens, the other 12 or 13 times nothing inside...

you only get the reward once, to get it again you have to dig the spawn node to restart... or did you do that?

No, I'm not talking about the same game...

And why I cannot use the bucket too far from home?

All I can think is watch the log right at the time you make the tree, and paste me that section. I can't replicate it here.

I disabled bucket to prevent grieving on multiplayer. Would you like me to make it an option you can toggle in the config?

Grieving? What does it mean? Sorry, I'm not English.
The log I sent you end with the planting of the sapling and with the grown of the tree...

Grieving = common misspelling of "griefing".

griefing = player trying to destroy another players area

Ahh, ok I replicated it...

if the level block has not been punched, then there is some code that isnt run...

it gives you the award, but there is no inventory to put it into...

for now just punch the level node before you plant the tree. After you punch it, it will say something like this when you look at it:
LEVEL 1 for singleplayer: 0 of 10

If you havent punched it, it wont say anything.

EDIT: bug fixed

I played with your mod and now I have quite finished the second level, but I think that the objective number 9 and 10 are quite difficult... For the steel block ok, I had to work a pair of hour but now I solved it. For the number 9 it's quite impossible... The junglegrass grow at a rithm of 1-2 in a 30 minutes... Ok, it will be more if I extend the island with dirt, but reaching 200 it's very very difficult!

you get given some as a reward for the previous task, so you only need ~100-150 ... i can lower it to be a requirement of 120 .. what do you think?

for #10, you get some steelblock when you complete #9, let me know if you think its still too high to make that much steel

No, the #10 is possible with the reward of #9, the #9 will be better if the requirement is 120 or less. You give as reward only 40 or 50 mossy cobblestone... Dig 150 junglegrass is very long...

Awesome mod!
But I have to do all the achievements for each time I die?
Just finished building a 400 wood block estructure (I died in the middle of this task) and all I see is "not done"...
I Just did it, twice! Want my reward :D

you only have 1 life... death = start over.

just don't die =)

use your shift key to sneak, this will prevent you falling off the edge.

<RealBadAngel> <OldCoder> fallen too far at {y = -752.5, x = 3387.8898925781, z = 3311.3610839844}...

Strange, not sure why it would do that.

What happens if you leave it a while? Also, is the server debug saying anything?

The debug isn't really saying anything that catches my eye. It just says it's usual stuff. I could paste a few lines of the debug though.
If so how many lines?

Put it in your mod's folder and create a new world and it will be created
