A server idea (need host)

I'm not sure if this kind of topics are allowed.. sorry if not.

I noticed that there are not many pvp servers, so I thought I'd make a idea for one if anybody wanted to host it (I am running a laptop that isn't meant for gaming on a ok wireless connection, so if I hosted it, massive lag.).

It would be a nice Medieval PVP server, though, whitelist so towns won't be destroyed (or just specific areas where blocks can't be destroyed, and the rest is free-build PVP wilderness),
Spells,
Magic Items,
Runes,
Castles,
Medieval-Styled banks,
and all that kind of stuff.

I think it would be pretty fun if this is possible, I'm currently making a medieval mod which already has spells, magic items, and runes.

Well, that's my idea, if you could host it for me, I'd be very thankful.

I would be able to host.
I have a slow Connection (600KB/s down 60 KB/s up), but i maybe get a better Connection in the next 2 Weeks

I have (161KB/s down & 120KB/s up) and Im running 4 servers and No lag on my servers :)
so you can host a server with no lag but if you do paste this into the minetest.conf file:
Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

I started up a server, but I'm not sure if I did it correctly because I can't connect to it..

I went to bin directory where I installed minetest, held down shift and right-clicked in a empty space, started command line there, and typed in minetest.exe --server --worldname (myworldnamehere)..

..then typed in minetest.exe --info, it opened up the minetest window and I tried to connect by putting in the address as 127.0.0.1 and port 30000 (port I used), my username, and p that I use.

But it never connected, and in the console is said "Server Peer is getting deleted (timeout=1).

Does anyone know what I did wrong here?

If you have a really slow Connection that doesn't help
