well done madchicken13. the design is clean and simple, and shows off a few of the many features minetest has to offer.
for the servers section, you should consider linking to this site:
http://servers.minetest.ru/

Not really true.
More websites mean more SEO competition and confusion for potential players.
(SEO=Search Engine Optimisation)
Your site does out line the main features very well, but the download section should look like this:
--------------------------------------------------------
Offical Release (Stable) Versions
Minetest Downloads: Here
Latest Versions
sfan5's Latest Window Builds: Here <-- notice this changed line
Semi-automatic Dev Builds: Here
Old Versions
Old Builds: Here
Very Old Builds(First minetest Builds): Here
--------------------------------------------------------
Also you should link to my mod and texture browser / forum: here
At the momment I think it is a bit pointless (your website)
but it could prove a valuable source of information, if you use it right.

Its not competition, all the sites are "selling" the same thing, so who cares who is #2 on this list. All these sites should link back to minetest.net, so the main site should retain #1 ranking, and with more inbound links the position should be even more secure. Perhaps we have to agree to disagree on this.
I agree with your points on moving the sfan5 builds up, and adding your mod forum (I will add my mods there too oneday when i get time).
I think it looks a lot better and has more up-to-date information than most of the other fan sites.
