there is a few things you could do though..like make the water not go through blocks..and make it collect on the ground in little puddles maybe? oh and snow..sir if you can make it collect on the ground in a rail like fasion and then be able to craft it into snowballs and then snow blocks that would be AWESOME!!!

Nice.. however my idea of weather is widespread lol. As far as the eye can see that is..

that would be awesome to have a more minecraft like weather pattern..with biomes

Awesome! I think you should make the landscape a little darker when its raining if there is a way for doing that.

My suggestion: celeron55 should add this into mainstream and add methods for changing the weather from lua-mods, thats needed by this: http://c55.me/minetest/forum/viewtopic.php?id=666
