minetest 3d skin ideas and questions

i was thinking, that do the 3d players support minecraft skins ? and also, the in-game skin changing, is it possible to make the skins be craftable and stuff, cause it would be pointless to just make them get the skins...
Are you saying that I put an abnormal brain into a seven and a half foot long, fifty-four inch wide GORILLA?

That's a good idea you give me... Why don't you post that on the skins mod's thread?
I made a few (a lot of?) mods for minetest: here is a list.
See also the MT-Faithful texture pack (work in progress).

Well it would be possible, but someone would have to spend loads of time making it, and I mean loads..

no, not like minecrafts armour, but like suits, cause my server will be a gang wars, and if everyone could change skins anytime, then alot of backstabbing will go on
