ubuntu terminal changing ownership from root
go to ubuntu terminal and type this
sudo chown -hR {your username here} filepathhere
sudo makes the computer run sroot (linux's super user)
chown is the change owner command
-hr says all files in the direstory
{your username here} is where you put your user name (no brackets)
then the file path you want to change the permissions of. example"user/home/piggys"
