You mean modpacks? If it's a folder with several mods in it and a file called "modpack.txt", you should be able to install it like any other mod.

Excuse me but did not help.
Although such an error occurs:
Installed packmod arms (for version 0.4.6) and did exactly what you said, I changed the folder name to "firearms" and the game does not work. Surely it's not just what I do.
ServerError: LuaError: error: ....\mods\minetest\firearms\firearmslib\firearmslib.lua:399:
attempt to call method 'hud_set_flags' (a nil value)
Error like this occurs with packmod to survival mode.
Why does this happen? Something is wrong! Help me.

I'm not sure how recent versions of firearms work, this doesn't seem to be a problem with how you installed it.
A guess: the name of that method suggests that it uses the hud api, which I don't think is in minetest 0.4.6. Try using the latest git of minetest or an earlier version of arms.
