Buckets and lava/water cans have once again been removed from this server since people are still abusing them, but lava/water sources will remain, since node_ownership will still guard against those (being that they're nodes).

What am I doing here? the glass looks weird on 4.6 -_-.. Restuser aka me uses that.. Rancon uses pilzadam's build.

What's otzi doing?

Credits: Vanessa, Twoelk, solider, and inocudom.. three of them gave permission, but vanessa was afk.

This is probably worse than being banned, elementary >:D
My image is somehow the biggest.. because I was using 4.6, so it was a different window

Hello, Vanessa. Elementary tried to kill KOD with lava today, and denied it. He was the only one holding lava in the vicinity, I saw, and he said he was holding water. We killed him as necessary in self defense.. We had witnesses.

P.S. He/She I duuno which, called everyone noobs because he was too lazy to do things himself and everyone confused him. I don't believe that he's 20. Funny.. I'm reading up on noobs yesterday and find one today.

Some more pictures of a somewhat strange and grotesque day on the server.

This little minecart track Dominik build sometimes generates flying minecarts. To fast for me to catch on pic.

To celebrate the connection of the two lines we built, Rancon and I took a long ride, not knowing how long it would eventually get.........

When the track went up some stairs the carts went straight on through solid rock, so after pressing H it looked like this:

until the server shut down, stranding me at somewhere underground at 3700 north or so.

Maybe some debug logs can reveal wether this minecart train generating new chunks crashed the server.

but the day did not end with this..

Solidus seemed to have been of keyboard for a while, so Rancon had a hovering "Solidus" statue in his building. When he tried to built a podest for it an accident happened using his powerfull tool

Somebody called Elementary tried to get interact privs and a skin applied but had the greatest difficulties in doing so. After nearly everyone on the server joined to explain he obviously went afk to try his luck on the forum again. After the very grotesque and exhausting onserver chat (preserved somewher else) his and Vanessa's avatars seemed to enter a staring competition:

most left the scene until ...

The conversation seemed to have exhausted Vanessa more than we thought ...

after a while it all started again

I guess we do need a very detailed illustrated HowTo on this in several languages. Languages of countries who don't have a tradition of learning English at a young age seem to be the most needed. I guess that would include South America and Eastern Europe at the moment.

Oh there are lots of minecarts hidden in the rocks around the rail tracks. Most around the steps, but some also near turns and branches and they are difficult to get rid of because you seem to have to mine the area in question if you notice them at all. Noclip ist your friend here.

Thinking of it maybe those possibly hundreds of hidden minecarts in the north is part of the problem of low fps when looking north from spawn?

Here's some logic on why I think it was elementary: While I was building, KOD asked for backup, he said that elementary tried to kill him. He had avoided some lava placed 10 blocks away from the platform, where there wasn't any ownership. Why? Because I had restricted ownership. Everyone else could build on the whole platform except elementary, because I don't quite trust/like him. Yes, my action was childish, but it gave some proof it was elementary. The lava is gone, and the light from it is too. In his hand, a red yellow orange block that he called water -_-. It was lava. Another proof: elementary is probably NOT 20. If he can't upload images and constantly misspells words that even a fifth grader wouldn't misspell what are the chances that he knows algebra 2, a high school class probably taken at age 16? And he probably made the age up.. what's the probability that he's 20 and not some other number? If he made it up, he could have done some random number like 13 or 19. Assuming that 5-40 year olds play, there is only a 1/35 chance he is 20. This would be KOD and me's side.

Sorry Rancon but this part is not relevant. I don't think "its" real age proves anything. Nor do spelling skills. We have people from all over the world here. You noticed yourself that at times most people on the server do not have English as first language. Sometimes it's a pretty German, Spanish or Portuguese place from what I can tell. I have to look up a lot of the spelling and still make lots of mistakes - hence my slow typing. I use my own homepage to upload pictures so I also don't have a clue how to use imgur or whatever myself.

And -er- apart from that you might need to push the -er- (cough) -er- age margin up a little on the older side <whisper>to include people like me</whisper>

maybe it's because of the pipeworks' pipes under the spawn

another reason among others. I think though there are pipes in the other directions as well. Another reason might be there are more buildings/people playing in the north forcing the server to keep more of that region in memory? There might also be more tamed sheep in that direction. If I play in the north and look towards spawn I get low fps also. (oops, maybe I should turn of farview more often)
