Weird Lag?

I'm a newb when it comes to Minetest but I think I’ve familiarized myself pretty well, but 2 days ago my game started acting crazy laggy. I found this on the forums ...

So I changed Smooth Lighting, Fancy Trees, and Shading like it was suggested and theirs another one that looks like its for an old version of Minetest because I cant find those options anywhere (I'm using the newest Minetest 0.4.6 downloaded from the site). I don't think its my CPU because I'm running on a Windows 8 laptop. Since it started I have had trouble mining and stuff. The blocks I've mined sometimes don’t show gone immediately and the blocks I've placed don’t come up. And also 2 messages keep coming up on the background command prompt:“Meshbuffer ran out of indices” and “Too many vertices for 16bit index type, render artifacts may occur.”. While its lagging out if I look over and wait long enough the first message will stop repeating and the second one will start repeating. This happens everytime I mine or place a block. My specs and list of mods I downloaded is below. PLZ HELP MEH!!! :(

Try updating your graphics driver maybe.

I updated my driver from control panel and tried to play but it is still glitching out and now for some reason its even slower loading.

From control panel? Don't use Windows Update or such, use your manufacturer (here AMD)'s website.

You where right i changed the driver a long time ago and played it and it worked thx. :)
