I try to install the TNT Mod(PilzAdam)
and it doesn't work .
(I got mintest 0.4.9)

Without further information I guess renaming the mod to: tnt may solve your problem.
If that doesn't work, post the "ERROR" lines from the (bottom) of your debug.txt file.
Minetest 0.4.10 is already out (with tnt as part of the game). I personally prefer to use (one of) the latest dev-versions. Look for Windows or the Mac under the builds topic. When using Linux, try compiling it yourself (see the readme.txt under the GitHub/minetest).
