so i need a screenshot that just SCREAMS MINETEST IS AWESOME!!

Fly around in latest dev till you find the best scenery. Snap a pic. Otherwise build something like a village in a nice setting and snap a screenshot. I'd suggest in such a screenshot show off some mods you can't find in minecrap.. er minecraft.

Just something for the website: I made a post on my blog about minetest a month ago, and some random minecraft fan told me the maximum limit was actually 256 (with the new anvil format), not 128. Some (patriotic) minecraft fans might get upset with 128...

Ok, one possibility is for the image to be a landscape, which may have some cottage built, but not as the main part of the scenery.
You need the presence of the sun or the moon and stars, because they add a lot of ambience (3D clouds also).
Also, FUB turned off, abundant trees, capricious earth formations, wide FOV... so let's see if I can accomplish something like that.

Meh...
.. too much blank space above.
Perhaps after cropping it to fit your needed aspect ratio?

Let's say there's lots of room for improvement.
Might give it a shot later.

great! I think I'm gonna donate a pic too (nearly 100% natural formation, edited a bit to make it look nicer). If you don't want to have it as front page, you can also put it in screenshots (if you want to, of course)

If RedCrabs server was closer to the latest build, I think this could be stunning with a moon rising and with the ability to hide the HUD.

Gave it another shot.. same principle (sunrise, small hut) but this time with some waterfalls.

A little better, in some things, but I like the perspective of my previous attempt a bit more.
